Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was spacious enough. Basic amenities provided. Clean.

The location was not the one listed on Booking (the hotel was very nearby, but on a much noisier intersection than the listed address). The hotel supposedly had a spa, one of the main reasons I booked here rather than somewhere else...but there was, in fact, no spa. Also, there was not a restaurant on-site, just a "café" with limited operations. The window in my bedroom gave onto a noisy road and the window did not close fully.
