The staff was superb. They made up for any negative aspect the hotel may have..

It's a bit outdated.. could use a good update, but all around it's a good hotwl

Staff were very polite, helpful and attentive. The view from the hotel of the bay was lovely and the amenities great. We stayed in the junior suite with a sea view so waking up to those views was very idyllic. In the evening it was far enough away from the old town that it was quiet but no too far away to walk back in the evening.

To get to the hotel there is a steep hill which with heavy suitcases was hard work. Possibly providing a luggage shuttle service to and from the hotel to the ferry port could help this.

The room is relatively large. However, the shower stall is small. It is smaller than a phone booth. Also, the shower door did not close completely, leaking water outside the shower stall.

6.5 rounded up to 7. In retrospect I would have paid more through the direct website instead of the "booking.com rooms". Lovely helpful staff. Good pool and outdoor space with a beautiful view. Convenient location.

The rooms were the worst in the hotel. Bad hairdryers, no view, a bit run down. Minor leaks in the shower etc. If we'd booked direct I expect we'd have had a better experience. Vegetarian food was very poor (sometimes there was a vegetarian stew, sometimes a bowl of carrots).

Ein tolles Lage des Hotel aus dem sicherlich super viel machen kann aber dringend machen muss! Super freundliches Personal und ein toller Hotelmanager der uns sofort weiter geholfen hat!!! Wir konnten problemlos in das Aminess Liburna wechseln, welches super schön war!

Unsere gebuchte Suite lud absolut nicht zum verweilen ein. Der Innenpool, warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht hatten, war geschlossen. Einen Wellnessbereich gab es nicht.
