Nice clean and pleasant environment with Exellent staff highly recommended

A perhaps older property that has been successfully refurbished and modernized.

Clean, updated property with pleasant, efficient staff at desk and cafe. Construction was happening on the second floor and crew was polite and considerate, and I did not hear noise. Nice courtyard area :)

Rooms not in condition to have a guess. Smell damp

The sheets and bathroom were clean. The heater was loaded with dust, I had to clean it to stop the burning smell. At check in the guy at the front stated he was all alone for the night due to being understaffed so there was no housekeeping to set up the sofa bed. Poor guy. He was nice enough to realize what he was saying when I told him there was no way I could sleep in a room with feathers due to my allergy and left his post to go check the room and make sure there were sheets for the pull out.

Undergoing renovations. Clean and safe but very much more economy than I expected.

Our TV did not work, that was a little dissapointing they couldn't fix it!!!!

The lady who assisted me was unhelpful and unprofessional. When I asked simple questions, she wouldn't make eye contact, and her responses were short and dismissive. I felt completely ignored and uncomfortable throughout the entire process. The lack of friendliness and basic courtesy was shocking, especially when you're paying for a service. This behavior really set the tone for my stay and left me feeling very dissatisfied. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.
