"Disappointing Stay"

It was clean

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. It's been 4 days since my stay, they received my payment and still have a hold on my account for the full amount of the rooms. I called my bank and they said the hotel has not sent them confirmation to release the hold. Called the hotel and they were no help just said that my account is paid for them. It's ridiculous. Never experienced such nonsense at a hotel. Never had a hotel put a hold on the full amount when they have already received payment.
