El personal fue maravilloso en formas, educación y con la sonrisa en la cara siempre. Llegamos temprano y nos hicieron el check in antes de la hora habitual y nos llamaron cuando la habitación estuvo lista. La insonorización de la habitación es genial, ni un ruido ni de fuera ni de otros huéspedes. La cama comodísima con dos almohadas para cada huésped de diferentes durezas.

No haberme quedado mas tiempo 😉

Gorgeous design, cozy, elegance, simple luxury. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and just perfect.

I suppose the elevators are a little small, but everything else was perfect

"Great hotel and great staff"

I arrived today after an intercontinental flight...tired and sleepy. I asked for early access to my room and was granted it. Then I had a problem with the room door, which was resolved quickly. These things can happen, but what I want to say is that ALL the staff I spoke to were very efficient and kind. The hotel is in a very nice location and convenient for visiting museums, restaurants, and shopping. The room was fine, but I'm a bit picky. The only issue, but it's not a major one, is the TV entertainment. There's no Netflix or HBO... I definitely recommend this hotel. Well done to the reception, front desk, and housekeeping staff.
