Renato was amazing. We had an unfortunate mishap with leaving our passports at the hotel in the room after checkout and he was able to transport the passports to Rome Fiumicino airport and handle the logistics of organising the driver. We made our flight with 2 minutes to spare. Renato and the driver did an incredible job and I would be very happy to stay at the hotel whenever I am in Rome again.

DC Lader beim Hotel

Wir sind mit 2 kleinen Kinder um 19 Uhr im Hotel angekommen und freuten uns auf ein gemütliches gutes Abendessen. An der Rezeption teilte uns man mit, dass es für uns kein Essen mehr gibt. Das Restaurant ist ausgebucht. Es waren 2 Busse draußen zu sehen und für Hotelgäste gibt es keinen Platz mehr. Auch nach Nachfrage ob es nicht doch eine Möglichkeit gibt, wir hätten auch noch gewartet, kam ein striktes „Nein“. Stattdessen gab man uns eine App für einen Lieferdienst. Was blieb anderes übrig als dort zu bestellen, schwerer Fehler! So etwas ungenießbares habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gesehen! Das Frühstück nächsten Morgen war nichts besonderes für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie! Von uns gibt es keine Weiterempfehllung für dieses Hotel!
