Hampton by Hilton Rome North Fiano Romano

Spacious and very clean rooms. We booked two rooms for our family of five and actually got rooms right next to each other, which almost never happens to us. Usually we end up on different floors. The beds were incredibly comfortable, we honestly haven't slept this well in ages. There's a great EV charging station right in front of the hotel and plenty of parking. Staff was super friendly. For us this was a stopover on the way back from Naples heading north, and it was the perfect spot to get a good night's sleep before driving on.

Breakfast is served in the lobby right at the reception area. It's way too small and just doesn't feel right. We had to wait for a table and then ended up on high chairs with our three kids, not great. The selection is limited, which I get for the price point, but a bit more would be nice. They do have a waffle iron for the kids which is cool, but each waffle takes about 3 minutes. With three kids and other families waiting before us, you end up standing there for quite a while.

Servizio bar: vino prosecco servito un po' stanco e con bollicine esauste. Doccia in bagno: porta diffusore acqua difettoso e non utilizzabile.

Hotel meraviglioso, con una colazione varia, abbondante e di qualità ed uno staff assolutamente premuroso e attento. Letto comodissimo, insonorizzazione favolosa, davvero un soggiorno perfetto! Grazie.

Ottima accoglienza. Molto apprezzato anche la bottiglia d'acqua per ognuno di noi. Camera spaziosa, pulita e completa di asse e ferro da stiro. Bagno grande ed asciugamani in quantità sufficiente. Ottima colazione con una buona scelta di dolce e salato con grande attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti da parte del personale. Consigliato

Cuscini tutti morbidi, avrei preferito la possibilità di scegliere un cuscino più rigido.

Ich wollte eine Lampe einschalten, merkte diese steckte nicht und musste so hinter ein Regal fassen, um sie einzustecken. Die Lampe fing zu rauchen an, war wohl schon kaputt, deshalb auch ausgesteckt. Allerdings war der Staub, der einem hier entgegen kam, extrem. Oberflächliche Sauberkeit war gegeben. Das Frühstück war leider komplett kalt, ob die Eier oder der Spinat. Da erwarten wir und in der heutigen Zeit - vorallem bei den Preisen fürs Frühstück - warmes Essen.

Ottima colazione e posizione eccellente per noi che dovevamo raggiungere le Marche. Soluzione ottima per fare sosta fuori Roma specialmente quando si arriva da un lungo viaggio. Personale veramente molto disponibile e cordiale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
