Comfort Suites Shreveport West I-20

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the gravy little too salty. The TV was good. The bed was not very comfortable. The exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work; no towel rack. The seating in the room was good and comfortable. The water in Shreveport taste like sand, so every drink using city water tastes bad.

The location was good. Staff,polite. Breakfast was probably the best free breakfast I ever had.

The rooms could use some updates for the price. All gym equipment wasn't functional. But other than that, it was ok.

The facility, inside and out was nice but the floors were filthy. The employees were amazing- from the maintenance person, cleaning people and desk were friendly & respectful. Carpets need cleaned and the restroom needed mopped.

the breakfast was really good. the location was in a great location to where I needed to go.

there wasn't a smoke alarm in the room but I didn't notice until the morning I was leaving

No one never came and changed my sheets or take out of my trash and bring clean towels

Not the best location but convenient off the highway

Clean. Located near stores and restaurants. Has covered outdoor detached pergola for guests

No one came and cleaned up my room and when I asked the lady to come clean up the room and make the bed up, she never showed up. I slept in dirty bed for six days.
