Everything was nice

We booked this particular hotel because we needed 3 beds, the room had 2 queens and a double sleeper sofa. The staff was lovely - but the sleeper sofa was disgusting and the bag of bedding available was only a pillow and a flat sheet. The bathroom was mildewy and the tub drained very slowly, even during a short shower the water was above ankle deep.

The property is very nice and clean. Did not like the mattress in room 216 needs replaced asap.

The hotel is close to shopping, multiple restaurants, movie theater - less than 5 minutes drive to any shopping or restaurant you need! The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is decent with fruits, yogurt, cereals, eggs and coffee.

The room smelled badly - like sticky wet air.

Beds were comfy

Stayed for 3 nights. Housekeepers never made up our room, emptied the trash or brought new towels. Elevators were very slow and the doors opened back up after getting in for no reason. No a/c in the elevator and was like a sauna. Would not be so bad if they moved faster. Was on the 4th floor and no a/c in the hallway. Super hot till you got to the room. Had annoying people with small kids screaming in the hallway early in the morning and in the evening. Walls must not have been soundproof. Kind of disappointed for a Mariot chain. We have stayed at the Holliday Inn Express across the street in the past and it is much better there. Much cleaner and housekeepers actually do their job.
