Need to have new SHOWER CURTAINS. Because the curtains in our room was stained. The door lock at the top of the door was broke off we kind of felt unsafe in our room this time.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The location was very convenient.

The air conditioning wasn’t working correctly! There wasn’t a working clock anywhere in the room. They were supposed to be a clock showing on the microwave, but it wasn’t set and I wasn’t able to figure out how to set it.

"Don’t stay here unless you want to be treated like shit."

Staff was rude

It wasn’t a bad location and this is why I picked this specific one, however the staff treated me like I was an inconvenience. I was with my mother and son (he’s a minor) however the front desk lady said she wasn’t going to give me a room because it wasn’t for 3 people despite me telling her that when I booked it online it said it accommodated 3 people.
