Oak Grove Bed and Breakfast

The owner, Ms. Craddock, was very personable. It’s a first bed-and-breakfast we stayed in with which the owner sat down and eight with us. But we had an enjoyable conversation. The room we stayed in was very unique. It also had no TV. But we didn’t need one this time. It might’ve been in the listing, but I didn’t really look at the listing. I just looked at her rating.

Ms. Craddock thi was very easy to work with.

Such a relaxing, homey place. Quiet. This would be a wonderful place to retreat from noise and stress. Sit out on the porch under the trees.

Loved hearing the history of the home. Our hosts were very welcoming nd helpful with information on the area.

The property is beautiful, breakfast was yummy and different everyday and the conversation at the table was interesting and enjoyable. The dogs are friendly and well behaved and an added bonus. Pickett made us feel welcome. The property is well maintained, had plenty of amenities to include car charging, walking trails and is full of history. We really loved waking up in the country atmosphere. So much nicer than your standard hotel.

Beautiful Victorian home. Lovely rooms. Very nice grounds and a quaint town.

Friendly owners. Lots of family history in the property. Attentive to our needs.

Treehouse room steps were very steep. They had WIFI but no televisions.

The cottage setting was perfect for two friends getting together after many years. Nice relaxing front porch. Nice kitchen stocked with some essentials like aluminum foil etc.

The HVAC system is under the floor in one bedroom is very loud, like helicopters flying over and the floor vibrates when it runs. Sleep disturbing. The light in the ceiling in the other room doesn't go completely dark when the light is turned off. Another sleep disturbance. The dogs were allowed to do their business in the cottage parking area so watch where you walk.
