We booked a stay at Lambertville House through Hotel.com for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the weather forecast predicted a possible snowstorm in our area, and we reached out to the hotel to reschedule. However, we were redirected from the hotel to Hotel.com and received no assistance. We were informed that while we could change the reservation, there would be a cancellation fee equivalent to a night's stay—effectively meaning we would end up paying double. There was no consideration for the safety concerns posed by the bad weather. I strongly advise others to avoid booking through Hotel.com or dealing with Lambertville House. They demonstrated a complete lack of concern for their guests' safety and failed to provide any flexible or compassionate options in a difficult situation. Additionally, I purchased travel insurance, which Hotel.com claims they have no record of, adding to the frustration. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company. These business practices are unacceptable and reflect poorly on both the hotel and the booking platform.

USIt was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The common area coffee machine was a nice touch. The surprise $25 food and beverage voucher was a nice suprise, and worth a round of drinks at the bar downstairs. Check-in and check-out were easy and flawless.
