The property was worse than my low expectations.
Only reason we stayed was because of the hot weather to have a pool to use, then we got there and there was no pool, false advertising!!!!!
Man who checked us in and out was very polite. Bed and pillows very comfortable not much traffic easy to sleep. Bathroom was clean. Curtains need a good washing and walls do need to be painted.

As most reviews here, the place is trapped in the 1980s and needs major update because the structure itself is showing extreme wear and tear inside and outside. Being in the central part of El Centro and near a road, it was a bit noisy especially at night when cars were speeding. The owner/reception manager was very pleasant, and I could smell the delicious waft of curry as I checked in from a window. My room was as good as it could be: the sheets were clean, the microwave was working fine, and the newish refrigerator had a small freezer compartment. But the green cover of one pillow smelled like it was never washed and the shower drainage was clogged because it took some time for the water to disappear. Moreover, while it was a non-smoking room, the air quality inside the room smelled like cigarette—perhaps coming from the next room or right outside despite the fact that all my windows were closed? The major issue for me was the lack of deadbolt, which is the reason why I will not stay at this place again.
Bedsheets had dog hair, human hair, dirty marks, stains, it was so dirty. Then to top it off it smelled like Indian food and B.O. I would never ever ever stay here again. I would rather sleep in my truck.
No hot water in shower. Couldn’t access WiFi.
