The Home Hotel

We LOVED this hotel. It was in a great location with shops, transport and not far from the lake. Room was huge, clean and really comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Dated looking room with small windows where you couldn't look out And this was an upgrade? Close to train station..

Ironman friendly with shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms were brilliant and quiet and everything you needed. Would definitely use again.

Strongly recommend. Mattress is good and room is clean. Very convenient to shop and eat.

Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was excellent. Only downside is that the gym facilities are not included in the price, which is unusual.

There is almost absolutely nothing to do in this district on a Sunday. Eating becomes a problem if you don't want to spend a fortune at the hotel where there is little value for money. The tram line is outside of the hotel and there is also a train line just around the corner. Getting into the hotel by car is a major issue. Our driver had to go miles out of his way to do a u turn to be able to get back to the very limited entrance for the hotel and the shopping district next to it. Considering the price of a taxi, that quickly adds up to a lot of money. Should he have known that entrance was very limited? I don't think so. The air-conditioner is odd. It is preset and only the hotel can adjust it. I prefer a colder room but if I wanted it changed, I had to get the staff to adjust it even though it seems like the guest can do it. I liked the hotel but not the district. I won't stay there again.

It is such a good hotel with wonderful service. I wrote a little note about there might be lacking socket, they brought the power strip for me the next day. The bathroom is clean and tidy and it's so considerate with the mouth wash and dental floss given which other hotels dont usually provide. Beds and pillows are comfy. Good location and its not noisy at all although the mall/ highway is next to the hotel. me and my family are very satisfied with our stay.

Rooms were excellent and spacious with a sitting area. Shower was very large and water pressure was great. Only drawback was that pillows were to thick and difficult to sleep with. Great location and walking distance to mall and restaurants

very pleasant stay. clean hotel. 1 minute from the train station. DO NOT TAKE TAXI FROM MAIN TRAIN STATION. it will cost you 40 frank, take the train.
