Onsite restaurant very useful for bad weather days. Many activities around the property. Apres ski events. Nice big room

The bed was uncomfortable

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was very clean, it looks like they are updating the facilities like some of the rooms and the pool. The Mountain View room had a beautiful view. Staff was attentive and friendly

The pool and rec area were dated and need an upgrade which I think they are doing.

Beautiful property and grounds with lots of amenities including outdoor fire pit, movie theater , gym and access to hiking trails

We have traveled extensively but were really blown away with this facility. super clean and more to offer than you can imagine. Super vacation spot for families especially/

Large room (2 room suite) and the beds were comfy, even the pull out couch. The 2 gentlemen at the front desk were helpful and accommodating when there was a delay with our assigned room. Matter of fact, all the staff we encountered were lovely. Sledding hill and tubes were a nice unexpected activity.

The pool towels provided were dingy and barely hanging on. No easy way to swap out the towels after use either. The pool area itself was not what I'd call "resort" level, however the locker room was nice. The space is huge, plenty of opportunity for a sauna or something more. Even a few fake tropical trees would help. Honestly looks like a crappy YMCA pool. The "activity room" was rather sad. A few beanbag chairs and giant connect four...the coloring area was disappointing when all the markers were dried out, and the crayons were only 4 colors and mostly broken, looked like they were leftover restaurant crayons.
