מקום מהמם! מרחב עצום וירוק בו פזורות "שכונות" של מספר בינייני0. חדרים ענקיים ומפוארים ונקיים. נוף קסום. מארחים קשובים ואכפתיים. יש במלון שירותים נוספים מפנקים כמו חדר קולנוע, חדר יצירה לילדים, חדר כושר ובריכה (אין גקוזי).

הבריכה היתה סגורה כי חסר בה חלק טכני שאחראי לחימום המים- זה היה מבעס והיה נחמד אם היה ג'קוזי או שהיינו יודעים זאת מראש. הקומפלקס מרוחק מישוב, חנויות וכו ודורש נסיעות- לא ארוכות. כל השאר היה מעולה!

Maybe the location was okay but everything else I would just avoid this place

Check out time is 1000am The heater didn't work downstairs. Its very dated and the stairs inside the unit are very small and not normal size. I slipped down the stairs. They didn't have the restaurant open .

The staff was very helpful, the place was comfortable with home amenities, view and property was breathtaking.

Lots of activities available. Great accommodations. Excellent staff.

Location was good.

Room was not ready until 5:11 PM. When I pointed out to the staff that was supposed to be ready at 4:00pm they told me that I didn’t read the fine print. Very bad interaction from the front desk. Never apologized or offer us to wait in the waiting area. They just said they will text us when the room is ready and there’s no guarantee on the timing of it. Left us stranded with two kids. The room was barely cleaned, specially the bathtub. Long hair on the bed - obviously they did not change the sheets. It was advertised as queen size bed but it was a double size bed. Our room key got disabled two hours before the checkout time.
