So very much better than a couple of years ago. I believe there has been a leadership change and it reflects in the desk and building staff.

The breakfast hot items were a bit cool.

"Horrible treatment of the elderly and disabled"

Arrived with reservation in hand and told I couldn't stay due to being a local resident. I'm nearly 70 y/o, disabled and visually impaired. Treated horribly. Told to take my luggage outside to wait as I frantically searched for another hotel room. As I waited for my Lyft ride to take me to an elder friendly, (much better Drury Inn) they had called the police. This happen in the middle of the afternoon. I posed no threat to anyone. This episode happened in a time frame of less than an hour. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and would certainly never consider staying at a Radisson property again. From now on I will stick with Drury where they are kind, considerate and treat you like family.

Staff was friendly and efficient Clean, comfortable, large room Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The best stay we have have with Booking.com

Only had one wash cloth, but that may have been a housekeeping oversight.
