Grand Mercure Beijing Central

L’emplacement est bon, proche de la ligne 2 du métro et d’un grand centre commercial à 10 minutes à pied. Le personnel est accueillant et parle anglais. Grande chambre et lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est également très bien.

Les chambres ont un style un peu vieillot et la climatisation est assez bruyante

Location was good. Metro station (xuanwumen and xidan) was just round the corner. Buses are available to the nearest shopping malls too. There is a proper hotel lobby where the taxi are able to turn in for boarding and alighting.

I have been to different part of China several times and majority of the hotels I stayed in have delivery robots and that's definitely a plus point when we order food delivery. Unfortunately, Grand Mercure has not been part of such technology which is disappointing for such a big hotel name. Also, the hotel promotes saving the earth but the shampoo and body wash are given in disposable bottles instead of having wall mounted soap dispenser.

The bed was really comfy and I appreciated that we had a room set up for our family with two trundle beds, and a double for my husband and I. The shower had great pressure (always important!) and the swimming pool was great.

The selection of pastries at the Starbucks in the lobby was limited! That’s it - I cannot think of anything else I would improve.

Отель удобно расположен в центре, рядом две станции метро на разных ветках. Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь. В 10 минутах ходьбы есть различные кафе, как международные, так и с локальной кухней. Также есть большой супермаркет Walmart, где кажется можно купить все, что потребуется - от готовой еды до телефона. Уборку делали каждый день, поддерживали чистоту. Удобные матрасы и подушки. Чистое постельное белье, полотенца и халаты.

Отель не новый и внешний вид некоторых предметов (например, ковровое покрытие в холле, двери и мебель в номере) оставляет желать лучшего. Но как будто это не так критично. Еще заказывали завтрак в номер и есть там было категорически нечего. Еще и дорогой был.
