Location is between two Metro stations, short walk. This allow access to everything. The area of the hotel was quiet, with a shopping mall close by. The staff were awesome, friendly, helpful, and will help with any questions. The room was really nice, modern, bed was very comfortable. Facilities- the jacuzzi was not working, the gym is adequate and the pool is a lap pool. Breakfast, this is one of the best selection of breakfast in Asia. The food was very tasty. This definitely a hotel to stay in.

Jacuzzi not working, recumbent bike seat not adjustable.

Our initial room smelled of smoke and when we pointed this out, the staff moved us to another room immediately, with no questions asked. They helped us with directions and ordering taxis - very helpful and friendly and professional. Thank you!

It was a shame the initial room had been smoked in but they staff put it right immediately and could not have been more helpful.
