La gentillesse du personnel, le calme et l'espace .

Pommeaux de douche cassé, il fuite de partout. Dans le hall, je suis resté coincé dans les toilettes. J'ai dû taper très fort pour qu'une personne vienne m'en sortir. Pour s'asseoir dans le grand salon à l' entrée, il faut obligatoirement consommer. Et pour terminer l' assanseur, il ne donne pas confiance, il fait du bruit.

Belle Vue sur mer Appartement spacieux

Le petit déjeuner était décevant, pas de café pressé et la viennoiserie de mauvaise qualité. Une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain, probablement bouchage des égouts. La télé ne marche pas. Pb de wifi dans l'appartement. Malgré les réclamations aucune réaction de la part de l'administration, on dirait pas un hôtel de 4 étoiles.

I love the welcome feeling at this hotel this was my second time here and now will always be my go to place...Zahiara the maid was excellent also she is very good at her work nothing was a problem for her.

I had a beautiful room with a big balcony I had asked 5 times for 2 sunloungers but to no avail...I did suggest that residents might just take the couches out to lay on which wouldn't be good as more expensive to clean than sun beds
