Comfort Suites Savannah Gateway I-95

I didn't like anything.

Well first, once we walk inside the room..it smelled like wet mop water, and you just constantly smelt it our whole stay there, the first night children on the 3rd was making all types of loud noises as if someone were beating on the was, we literally made complaints back to back til now used. The front desk staff were making it seem like they would handle it but the uncomfortable loud knocks and thumps on the wall never went away, the second night we had to make another complaint to no use we even asked to be moved to another room but the person at the desk refused to move us. The third night I woke up to bed bugs crawling over my pillow and one was dead in my bed I have pictures to proof it. I do not recommend this hotel to no one.

We showed up on Sunday early which i know was a little early but young lady at the desk gave us a room which was appreciate. We were staying 4 days but on the second night at 2am in the morning some lady called asking were we going to check in! And I told her what! We’re here now and we been here since Sunday, she apologized and said she would fix whatever happened,ok we became sick on the third day and decided we needed to leave early , We checked out on the third day and the clerk at the desk said we would be refunded for the day we didn’t stay. He said if we didn’t get a refund give him a call, not only did we get a refund but they charged my credit card an additional $306 dollars! I called for explanation and he said it doesn’t show it charged but my credit card clearly shows a charge on $306 on the day we checked out, call credit card company just to make sure I’m not crazy and they said yes it was charged so I’m disputing the charges, I can’t stand a dishonest business and I will never! Stay here again
