Персонал на ресепш мусить бути навчений краще у роботі з клієнтом , потрібно розуміти потреби гостя краще, додаткові кошти що "забираються" на якісь випадок - це неприємна річ, ще й такі великі суми. В номері багато речей є не зовсім працюючими , і в кожній можна звинуватити гостя і забрати "депозит", це дуже неприємно, і виглядає нечесним фактором.
