Accoglienza ed educazione dello staff, estrema pulizia della stanza, molto confortevole ed ampia, con letto comodo e bagno piuttosto pulito, colazione varia e di buona qualità, posizione comoda per raggiungere rapidamente il centro storico di Città di Castello, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La presenza di una discoteca accanto alla struttura rende praticamente impossibile il riposo notturno, quando il locale è aperto come nel nostro caso, a causa degli schiamazzi e della vicinanza con il parcheggio che porta a continue accelerazioni, colpi di clacson e toni esageratamente elevati da parte delle persone che se ne vanno.
