Comfort Suites Peoria I-74

I needed a room because I was having a water issue. I live in Peoria and when I arrived at the hotel they told me they don't rent to locals because they've had people who end up having parties in the room. I explained my water situation but she said that's their policy and told me I would have to contact the third party to get my refund. I'm a 63 year old woman, don't think I'm the kind of clientele that would be having a room party in the middle of the week at a 2 star hotel.

Everything really needs to be updated. Mine and even other guests had their keys stop working several times. The tv channels kept going out and then stopped working altogether. Pretty dirty, hair everywhere, sticky floors, greasy fingerprints all over the bed headboard that were so visible. Would not stay again. Only positive thing was the staff were all lovely.

The room was clean & I like that you offer continental breakfast.

We rented 2 rooms. One pullout mattress had blood on it with no sheets & the other was dirty with no sheets. When we asked for extra blankets to lay down on the matresses the girl at the front desk said they were all out.

Easy and quick commute to civic center. Staff was extremely friendly! Room was clean.
