Very friendly staff and rooms were clean

Elevator was very small and hard to get an elderly person withba wheelchair and luggage in it.

The location is terrible, the room smells awful, and needs renovation.

Terrible experience, bullet holes, leaking air conditioners, and then them saying they would reimburse us, but then refusing later.

Excellent service

Our room had a view of the expressway which I liked. Also the full breakfast they serve every morning was very convenient as well. Indoor pool was clean and descent. Very peaceful. The location was around everything we needed to get to, downtown and all. Will stay again and again.

There was nothing much I did not like except for our two day stay we did not receive any room service nor refreshing of towels. Other than that, everything was fine.

When using the elevator to get to our room, the elevator closed on my body and caused discomfort as there was no sensor preventing it which was very unsafe, upon entering our room there was no mattress protector or fitted sheet on our king bed and exposed bare yellowed mattress, i then tracked down house keeping and got a sheet and made my own bed, our fridge was leaking, bathroom faucet handle was broken and thats just to name a few on top of the strong odor of marijuana in the halls. The front desk lady was nice and friendly however our stay was not something i would want to experience again.

Check in was great. Shawn (sp?) was excellent and let us keep our bikes behind the counter overnight.

If you are looking for a hotel with stained carpet, unpleasant air, worn out furniture, and an unrealistic price, thus is it. If you can find it. It’s nestled behind a permanently closed Perkins, next to a defunct Travel Lodge, and adjacent to an equally poor looking Suoer 8. We drove past it twice before we saw one small sign announcing its presence. Oh, the coffees not too great, either.
