The properly was very clean and modern, staff were great and very helpful. There was a little building work going on but it didn’t spoil the holiday and they were very considerate. Everything was so easy to organise - taxis booked, drinks delivered to the bar. I would highly recommend - Great value for money. There’s a restaurant over the road and a lovely vegan cafe Up Cafe nearby. It’s a 10-15 walk into the beautiful old town. Hotel a bit on outskirts but felt a very safe and friendly area.

The highlights of this hotel include an excellent staff, convenient and safe parking included in the price, clean rooms with high ceilings that allow for good air circulation, walking distance to a mall and downtown Split, and a great restaurant. This is as close to a perfect hotel as you can get!

The staff at art hotel couldnt do enough for us. Everything we needed help with they accommodated. Pool area is lovely and wasnt at all busy during our stay. Hotel is about 15 min walk into the centre of split which was no problem for us

What a wonderful place to stay in Split. Close to old town (15 min walk) and beach (15 min) as well as the ferry port. The hotel staff were wonderful, and super helpful. The pool on the roof top is just incredible. We enjoyed ordering drinks to be delivered whilst we lay by the pool. The rooms were large with excellent air con

first thing they told us was that we were to sleep in another hotel for the first night so that started an argument and in the end they gave us a room. the breakfast was a slow moving mess up and the food was poor. the pool was great and the parking comfortable. 10 minute walk to old city but coming back was a hike. not recommended.

The property manger over booked the hotel. Lied about an upgraded room and but 4 people into a tiny room even though I paid for 2 rooms. You are better off sleeping on the beach.
