Quality Inn Carrollton

It’s the worst experience ever for me, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, ac has issues with the throat.

The main thing that bothered us was there wasn’t an elevator and we was in the second floor. My wife has back problems so having to climb the stairs several times a day was hard for her. The other thing was we made reservations for 4 adults in our room. We only had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. We had to go down and ask for more and even then we didn’t get them immediately. The place was out dated also. Front desk help was ok . Won’t stay again.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall.

I think there could have been more options for the breakfast bar. More fruit choices and bacon and eggs.

The price was great. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The TV was small and the remote did not work. Basic channels. The staff was wonderful. The bathroom was dirty and had mold and mildew around the floors. It was a real yuck! The fitness facilities were subpar. They sprayed a very heavy disinfectant in the room and it lingered all day and night. Gave me an immediate headache. We stayed in an area that was 15 miles from Madison IN. Most hotels were twice the price. But they were in the city and within walking distance to the downtown area. They also had buffet breakfasts. I think I will pay the extra to be close to the city.

The bathroom was dirty. The heavy disinfectant spray was nauseating. The breakfast could have been better. The fitness room was small and had 3 machines. it would be hard for more than one person to work out there.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at this Quality Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we had fresh towels, which was also helpful because of the humidity in the summer in Kentucky. The only reason the overall stay didn’t get 5 stars was that the breakfast was very limited. There was a waffle maker but no other hot breakfast options. Otherwise, we were VERY satisfied.
