Quality Inn Carrollton

I arrived using a rollator and was given no help with the door by the manager even though I was the only customer in the lobby. I was turned away even though I had used Book It.com online. I struggled to leave, though quite dismayed. I refrained from expressing my dismay and anger. I remained courteous. I was down the road about a mile when the manager called my phone number and said there was a mistake and the room was for me. So, thankfully, I was able to return to the Inn to rest for the night. I was so puzzled by this ordeal. Even when I left the next morning, I received no help with the door. Is that too much to expect? I am a disabled 75 year old lady. The service at this Quality Inn was totally lacking in quality!!!

It was very clean and nice the people that work there was very respectful I was definitely stay there again

The bed was a little hard not bad though it was on a noisy metal frame.

Property was quiet and the staff was polite and helpful. The floors could have used a good mopping but everything else was clean. The pillows and sheets are good quality. The beds were a little firmer than I usually like but we slept great.
