The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like laying on a piece of wood with a thin cushion on it.

"Not worth the money or the hassle. A pack n play is not a crib."

I requested a crib and that was not what we were given. I chose this location for that fact alone and if I had known that their 'crib' was a pack n play, I could have brought my own and saved myself money staying somewhere else. Also, there were a TON of people just hanging out in the lobby when we arrived and while I understand the hotel was booked almost full, the noise level as well as the constant slamming doors and kids running down the hallway was not pleasant. The cherry on top was that every time someone flushed a toilet elsewhere in the building, the toilet in our bathroom bubbled. Not a fan.
