The location was great. The staff was friendly.

On the booking.com website it said this hotel had a pool, it didn't. That was one of the main reasons I booked here. Then the mattress was so terrible!! It was like sleeping on a box spring. And only 3 little small pillows on a huge king sized bed!! Come on you have to do better than this. I will never stay here again!

Place currently has a 7.5 rating which is not accurate. The room smelled very musky. The bed squeaked. I stayed there July 5 th and other guests were lighting off fireworks in parking lot. The staff at front desk seemed to be supportive of such saying that “fireworks are legal in LA” despite being illegal in town of Slidell. So that’s what you’re dealing with there.
