It all went well: great room, good, friendly, and helpful service. The restaurant was great, greta location. Love staying at the Sylvia. I have been staying there since the early 1980s.

"Great location"

Spent three nights at the Sylvia Hotel, first trip to Vancouver. Really helpful staff, great location- a bit removed from tourist area around Canada Place but actually on a beach and a stones throw from Stanley Park. Room was clean if small and a bit tired, corridors also pretty tired, but the bar / restaurant area was good, staff there also v helpful. Would stay again.
