El cuarto sucio en el segundo cuarto no toallas agua fría recepción mal atendida por un carajillo q no sabía nada y nunca hubo supervision ni gerencia para atender de lo más. Malo q me ha pasado.puntaje de 1 a 10 le doy 2 muy malos profesionales

Mi estadía en el Hotel Andes Plaza fue buena en general. La habitación era cómoda, aunque un poco caliente, ya que no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Tuve que solicitar un ventilador para poder descansar mejor. Éramos tres personas y, cada vez que limpiaban la habitación, dejaban solo dos toallas, por lo que tuve que pedir una adicional todos los días. El desayuno es variado, pero en algunas ocasiones se acababan ciertos productos y tardaban en reponerlos. Algo muy especial y digno de destacar es la atención del personal. Muchas gracias a Daniel, su atención fue excelente y realmente marca la diferencia. El staff en general es increíble y muy amable.

El desayuno bueno, ubicación excelente, no senti ruido

la habitación no es tan confortable, la cama un poco dura, el piso de la hbitación estaba sucio
