Super 8 by Wyndham Livingston Yellowstone

We booked for 3 people and got one queen bed. They wanted to charge extra to bring in a single bed. The toilet and shower plugged or draining very slowly.

It needs a good cleaning

Girls weekend away, the hotel forgot we were staying two nights and locked us out of our room the second night. The hair dryer did not work in our room upon asking for a new one the hotel was understaffed and couldn’t find anyone to help with the issue. After returning home my account was charged an addition night, then charged again for a towel and a bathmat. This hotel was 2 stars at best. The parking lot has questionable people hanging around and across from gambling and liquor store. I called the hotel three times to fix this issue and continued to get the run around. The extra night eventually fell off my account but the charge for the towel and bath mat remained. Basically my word against housekeeping. I would not recommend this hotel.

I wouldnt stay there again. Had toilet paper stuck in holes by bed where maybe headboard was. No cups at all in room.

I like the location. My husband and I didn’t have any problem finding the hotel.

Everything was clean.

The guy at reception was abrupt & rude. The whole atmosphere in the place was bad.

It was okay for what we needed, which was a 1 night stop over, there is a pub near by, food can be a bit hard to find, although there is a super market across the road. Bed and room were okay.

The fact that we could not use the washing machines as the hotel was using them, so no guest laundry, Breakfast was basic, staff seemed to be overwhelmed with guests.

Loved the room, clean and great size.

I've stayed at 6 Wyndham properties this trip with 5 more ahead. All of the staff has been very welcoming, BUT! The little tyrant checking guest in here has no business being in a hospitality position. I'm 76 years old with over 50 years experience in customer service and can with all certainty say this young man is a detriment to your franchise.

Staff is not available at front desk. The quality of the breakfast was too terrible. It mean no scramble eggs , no sausage links or bacons , and no coffee in the breakfast room.
