The staff to be honest were helpful and polite.

The room had no kettle, no fridge, the AIR Con was weak, the wall were dirty. The Location is bad.

vriendelijke service Dicht bij de oude stad Eetgelegenjeden op wandelafstand Mooi zicht van uit de kamer over de stad Hond was welkom

Geen privé parkeerplaats, maar wel een parkeergarage dict bij á 25€ per 25u Ontbijtzaal voelde wat koel en luidruchtig aan, maar het eten was lekker

Het stadscentrum en het trein- en busstation zijn op loopafstand, maar het hotel ligt toch in een rustige buurt, naast een klein park. De kamer was comfortabel, als slaapplek maar ook als werkplek. In- en uitchecken ging snel en makkelijk. Personeel is vriendelijk en aanspreekbaar. Het hotel doet zijn best om zo duurzaam mogelijk te zijn, dat waardeer ik en daar draag ik als hotelgast graag aan bij.

Het ontbijt was op zich wel goed, met redelijk veel keuzeopties. Maar er zou wel wat meer gezonds (groenten en fruit) bij mogen. En wat meer ruimte bij het ontbijtbuffet zou ook wel fijn zijn, het was eigenlijk net wat te krap als er veel mensen tegelijk eten of drinken kwamen halen.
