"A life changing experience"

The location, the house itself and the awesome host who demonstrated great patience with me as a late arrival and whose youngest 2 children are simply delightful

The Aircon noise which was turned off by request no problem

"Perfect B&B"

Great location, nice to sit outside and relax with a view of the river. Really nice room and great breakfast. Rachel is a great hostess and is knowledgeable with places to visit in the area.

The grounds were beautiful, the hostess was BEYOND personable, breakfast was outstanding, coffee was superb, and I can't WAIT to go back, and believe me, I will!

Perhaps there was bad weather in the area, but the cable kept going out. It was re-booting more than it was airing my programs.

Breakfast ok,not hot,not enough firewood, tv nightmare,floors very slippery when wethot tub,fell by tub lucky just bruises.hot tub outside nice and private

Steps to floor not safe, no location new/ weather bad water pressure

"Great B&B for a couples get away"

The place was just as we imagined for our first B&B stay...The owners (Rachel & Steve) were extremely nice, inviting & very personable...We had some great talks in the common area...The house was clean and maintained very well for an over 100 year old house...We will be going back to Plain & Fancy for years to come...

Honestly can't think of anything that wasn't great for our stay...

"Couples trip"

We liked the jacuzzi suite. The bedroom was very beautiful. Our 1st stay at a B&B ever,and this was a good experience. Also, liked the hot tub,landscaping,and nice places to sit outside.

The pool felt cold to us,but others were using it.
