Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Insbesondere Herr Abd El G. An der Rezeption hat sich ehrlich freundlich um uns bemüht. Wir haben eine ruhige, eher kleinere Anlage ohne laute Musik und oben viel Trubel gesucht, um Drei ruhige Tage im Anschluss an unsere Inlandreise zu verbringen vor der Heimreise. Dafür ist das Hotel für uns ideal gewesen. Wir hatten Halbpension und das inklusive- Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt (sogar deutlich besser als im Restaurant a la carte). Am Steg am Hotel konnten wir viele Fische sehen, auch Muränen und Feuerfische. :-) Es gab ausreichend liegen auf Sand direkt am Meer. Zu Fuß kann man bis zum nächsten Hotel laufen, in den Ort müsste man ein Taxi nehmen.

Leider macht der Steg schon vor Sonnenuntergang zu gegen 17.30 Uhr und leider werden die Matratzen von den Liegestühlen ebenfalls um ca 17.45 Uhr eingesammelt. Wir sind dann ohne Matratzen noch etwas geblieben.

The Rules for Arabs , That you need to be "Khawajah" with blue eyes to stay with your girlfriend Also the Air conditioning in all Resort was not working

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Flamenco Beach Resort in der komfortablen aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Junior Suite mit schönen Blick auf die Poollandschaft und den Strand verbracht. Das vorgelagerte Hausriff eignet sich wunderbar zum schnorcheln. Darüber hinaus bietet das Hotel das Übliche, was der All Inclusive Pauschalurlauber gewohnt ist: nervige Animation, mittelmäßiges Essen, schlechte Drinks und ungenießbarer Weißwein. Für das schlechte WLAN muss man übrigens extra bezahlen.

1) Easy on-site parking 2) Smooth check-in experience (they gave us a free room upgrade) 3) 15-minute massage voucher 4) Beautiful location and views 5) Helpful and friendly staff (specially the beach lifeguard) 6) Heated pool 7) Tasty food

1) Room AC is so bad, it's only a fan. This is a repeated comment from a previous stay. 2) Bedding is a bit uncomfortable and hot given the AC comment. 3) Low hot water supply in bathroom. 4) No free wi-fi. 5) No food variety. 6) Animation team activities used to be better and more engaging. This time it was kind of dead. 7) Some prying looks from certain staff members.

Everything was perfect. It exceeded my expectations. Clean, friendly staff and beautiful beaches and views. The dinner buffet was amazing thanks to all the great chefs. Definitely coming again with my family
