L’emplacement

C’était notre troisième séjour dans cet hôtel, les deux premiers ayant été excellents. Mais cette fois, l’expérience a été catastrophique. Mon mari et moi sommes tombés malades à cause de la nourriture. Nous l’avons signalé immédiatement à la réception, mais à notre grande surprise, aucune aide ne nous a été proposée : ni prise en charge, ni orientation vers le centre médical de l’hôtel. Ce manque total de réactivité et de considération pour la santé des clients est inacceptable. Nous repartons très déçus et choqués du traitement reçu.

Reception staff are great, friendly, helpful, and special thanks to Ms. Hoda, animation team, everything was clean, every details have been considered, the beach was amazing, snorkelling and seeing wonderful views just a few meters from the beach, swimming pools were clean and spacious and covering all needs and places, Flamenco had given me the perfect vacation, The food was delicious and diverse.

Flies. No clear document of what’s included in the reservation package and what’s the cost of extras. The hotel needs more guidance signs. Location of the breakfast restaurant ( walkable outdoor distance - sun exposed )

Everything. Amazing beach, and very clean room. Hotel staff was very helpful, special thanks to Hoda the Guest Relation Manager and hotel staff who gave exceptional assistance and support to my friend who unfortunately sprained her ankle before the trip and had to be in crutches during the entire stay. They truly accommodated her needs, and I am really grateful. The cafe had good food, and even the attending chefs were helpful and nice. Everyone is very friendly!
