Villaggio Cala Mancina

The hotel has poor customer service due to lack of staff, the place was very noisy till midnight and the cafe was limited in provision and not of a high standard. A moderate 3 star accommodation that was adequate but certainly not 4-star. The location is difficult to reach (130 km from airport) and not evident in the local signs.

Nice place with pool and impeccable garden, we had a very large 2room apt with some seaview. Walking distance (around 10 min) to beach and all amenities. The place could do with a lick of paint and the furniture is a bit dated. Overall recommended.

Staff is very rood, we booked twin bed room an on arrival we were offered double bed!! We complained and member of staff said that if we don't like it we can go elsewhere and it was 9pm! Also they don't speak much English. Overall the hotel was ok, but no restaurant, we had to walk downtown. Tv was a size of computer desktop

Scenic beach resort with a beautiful view from the more expensive rooms of the hotel. It is a hotel for Italian families on vacation. The view from our balcony was tremendous, however, the room itself was shabby and disappointing. The bedding was substandard. All of the blankets looked at first to be filthy, but then on closer examination we could see that they were just old and filled with shedding balls. We tried best we could to keep them under the bedspread. The maids changed the sheets every day but never for five days, did they sweep the floor or clean the sink. There were signs above the sinks telling us in English not to drink the water. The check out time was 10AM.

I enjoyed the stay very much. The staff was friendly and did whatever they could to be accommodating. It's located within walking distance to beach and town area.

We had such a lovely time we had, the apartments were brilliant!! We're definitely planning on going back another time … perhaps even in the next few months! Thank you to all at Cala Mancina.xx

The location of this place is great. It's a short walk/drive to the beach, and just a little bit further to the center of town. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed except dish soap and dish towels. The sofa bed is actually like 2 separate beds (there is a trundle underneath that lifts up to be even with the sofa), but is very comfortable. Parking is inside of a gate, so the vehicles are secure. The pool is beautiful, and the staff was friendly and efficient (they even helped me print out my car rental form). I would gladly go back to this hotel, but there were 2 disappointing things about our room: 1. I paid extra for a sea view, but only a very small sliver of sea was visible from the room (and only when standing pretty much in the doorway). We had to stand outside in front of the apartment to see the water, and even that was only a partial sea view. If we had been upstairs instead of on the ground floor, the view would have been wonderful. Next time, I will probably get the less expensive garden view room instead of paying extra for basically no reason. 2. There is a breaker in the living room where the sofa bed is. Throughout the night, every time the refrigerator kicked on, it popped the breaker and then there was another pop when it went back into place. The noise was very loud and I had trouble sleeping because of it..

We thoroughily enjoyed our Spring break here. The view from our room was spectacular, and the staff were all friendly and willing to help. I would recommend Villaggio Cala Mancina and would happily return again.

Personel is amazing - lifeguard all day near the pool is looking for safety features, we coul relax when our kid was swimming. Even sport events was organised:))) Hotel guests where friendly. Dear staff thank you for amazing stay at your hotel!!!!
