Bedden waren erg hard, gelukkig dacht het personeel mee in oplossingen.

Tout était très bien l’emplacement au calme en dehors de la ville un beau jardin verdoyant et la vue sur le fleuve, une belle piscine aussi. Le personnel est à l’écoute et prêt à aider sans souci, le petit-déjeuner est extra avec beaucoup de choix et un chef qui change ses propositions tous les jours en plats chauds et qui sont un vrai régal.

Un peu long pour avoir un transport parfois, il faut compter 200 B par trajet pour rejoindre la vieille ville avec Grab. Mais ce n’est pas vraiment un problème il faut juste anticiper !

During my stay, the bedroom had a damp and musty smell coming from the curtains, pillows, and blanket. I’m not sure if these items are changed for every new guest. The hotel was also renovating its coffee shop during my stay, which caused some noise that affected the rest. The facilities were quite limited, and parking space might not be enough during long weekends. There was only one staff member on the night shift who seemed to handle many tasks alone. It would be great if the hotel could improve ventilation and reduce humidity in the rooms, as the musty smell from the bedding and curtains was quite noticeable.

Le petit déjeuner rébarbatif!

Not too much near by but easy to Use Grab and 15 min ride into town. Peaceful beautiful place. Love the river. Towels by the pool was nice. . Restaurant/cafe under construction, so noisy by the pool at present. Excellent attentive staff at breakfast.

At first we came in. I saw two receptions over there. One saw me and didnt say hello. Another one said hello and gave us the information but not everything. No welcome drink? We felt not welcome at your place. One of your staff helped us to bring all the luggages to our room. I have to open the room by myself. Then later i have to call and asked about wifi password. I think for 4 stars hotel it should be better service than this. The room at the first night was smelly. The bed sheets were not dry. The next day we asked to change and they changed for us. We were appreciate that . The rest of the staffs they were nice and helpful. Thank you for that. Only receptionist has to improve their service. We wont come back again, sorry to say.
