NZThe customer service was good, and the staff were very helpful. They were happy to remake the porridge for my 9-month-old child after I accidentally gave them the wrong cooking time instructions.
The overall appearance of the room was quite run down, although for the price I paid, it was acceptable. However, the cleanliness of the room was below an acceptable standard. The shower and toilet did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There were hairs in the shower from previous guests, and there were marks on the toilet seat. There was also black mould around the bottom of the shower screen. The TV also appears to have a fault. The top half of the screen is noticeably darker, potentially due to failing backlight components.
