Very welcoming, lovely proprietors .. location is a short walk to the souk so ideal if you want to be able to get everywhere on foot. Very clean and decent sized rooms. Reminded me of a well run b&b

Having stayed at a few hotels during this trip with direct reference in terms of cost vs size / service and location, we felt this was a tad overpriced. Check-in wasn’t smooth, and our room had a persistent odour. The rose petals sprinkled everywhere including on the toilet lid just meant I had to collect them from every surface and sleep wasn’t the best as the sheets and beds in general weren’t the most comfortable plus it was quite noisy and sound really carried. I was startled awake a number of times.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, they helped us organize our stay, provided maps and recommendations about things to do and booked some spa treatments for us in at the hotel spa (highly recommend to go for Hamman & massages!). The location was very good, inside the Medina, walkable distance to the main attractions and places of interest, but the surroundings were calm and quite during the night.

Nothing

Everything! It ticked all our boxes and more! The staff were so amazing….each and every one of them right from…Nora and Tom…to the front office staff Imaan, Humza, Mohammed…to the lovely ladies in the restaurant to the housekeeping staff.

Absolutely nothing

The owners and all the staff were wonderfully kind and we loved every minute of our stay. Breakfasts were fantastic and the restaurant for lunch, dinner or just a snack was amazing. A beautiful property with every amenity you could possibly need for your stay in Marrakech.

The owners and their staff were excellent. They would assist in any way possible to make your stay enjoyable and running smoothly from taxis to excursions to providing drinks/snacks throughout the wonderful areas open to residents including the pool area, roof top patio and tranquil central courtyard and more. Every member of staff we encountered really were excellent and represented the riad in a warm and professional way.

Very little!

Great location, lovely staff, breakfast amazing loads of choice and cooked fresh daily. Courtyard was clean, pool beautiful and well kept. Rooms cleaned daily nothing was a problem would definitely recommend

Nothing to dislike

Nice comfortable rooms, good food, lush spa and very friendly and helpful staff.

This is a very classy Riad with excellent facilities, very good food and extremely good and friendly staff. It really does exceed expectations.

The Riadh was lovely and very comfortable, the staff were also excellent. The pool was a god send and away from the hussle and bussle of the Mediba a short walk to all amenities.
