We were in 1 room and the lost power to over half the room and then had to move rooms at 12:00pm the next day and when we asked for a late check out we had to pay $10 dollars an hour for every hour we were there after 11:00am

Nothing.

The staff were rude, and did not care AT ALL. Any time questions were asked they acted as if it was inconvenient, if asked for help or any problems were brought up they were ignored or down played. The WiFi was said to be good and fast pace instead it didn’t work at at in room 114, so we tried to use cable except their cable didn’t work AT ALL either when we brought this to staff attention he brushed us off and told is “it doesn’t work sometimes try again later” so we did, and of course it didn’t work again and when we brought it up to him again he begrudgingly told us we could try another room the room next to us worked fine we moved to that room. Still all the rooms were disgusting, the curtains barely shut, the mini fridge barely functioned. The water in the shower head barely came out, the tub constantly clogged up. This was a week long stay of pure annoyance and stress. There were roaches in the bathroom as well as flies every where. But I think the worst thing that pushed me to write this was when we finally left that hell hole, we made sure everything was cleaned. There was no trash left, no staines on the blankets or any of their towels (we used our own towels and blankets) we left 20 minutes before the check out time cut off, we returned both key cards etc. But only 10 minutes after leaving they took out an extra $50, no explanation or reasoning for it. We still have no idea what could’ve been $50 or why they would take it out for any reason. Not only that but when we got to our new home, (we moved out state hence the motel stay) we were unpacking our things to my horror, my child hood stuff animal that has brought me so much comfort through everything and has helped me with my sleep troubles plus a whole bunch of other things was missing. We went through box after box and bag after bag but he was no where to be found.

That it had a jacuzzi and it worked

Nothing other then the floors could have been mopped and not so dirty. Other then that we loved it

It was a decent, clean place to stay. Everything worked. It was a good value for the area for sure.

Nothing really. It was as expected.

We always stay here! Always clean, convenient and affordable! The staff is great as well!

It was cheap

The room was nonsmoking but you could tell people had been smoking in it. The hotel is pretty much a place where very poor people pay by the week or month. They all sit in the passway's as you walk. That said I never felt unsate and they were nice as I walked by. But the smoking and things and the rundown walkways showed the hotel was in fact very run down.
