Right on the river. Organic, Green B&B. Super friendly and interesting owners.

The owner cancelled the room upon our arrival. She acknowledged that she saw our booking but elected to give the room we reserved over a month ahead of time to her sister. She offered zero assistance in finding replacement accommodations in Farmington. I highly recommend staying anywhere else.

This property is owned and run by a very nice and very interesting couple. They expanded their homestead on the river using a very competent contractor who is experienced in saving adobe structures. The result is a rustic B&B with very nice touches. The room was pleasant to stay in and the bed was comfortable and the room very clean. It was also very quiet. It had a microwave and a apartment size fridge. They have a swamp cooler instead of air conditioning which worked great in this heatwave. The breakfast room was pleasant with large windows looking over the river. A breakfast of a homemade waffle with fruit was provided along with coffee and tea. The best part of the breakfast was the wonderful conversation we had with both owners. They are delightful. They also have the sweetest dog. I am glad we were not swayed by the two totally unfair reviews by others. The unpaved driveway is no issue at all. Do not be put off by the rustic appearance of this B&B. For the price they charge it is a gem to be enjoyed and discovered along with its delightful owners. Would definitely stay again.

Nice B&B just by the river, short drive to downtown Farmington and easy access to several NM must-sees. The room was really nice and comfortable. Sitting outside for breakfast is a must! Being just by the river and with the trees around, lots of birds come by really close and you don't even need binoculars to bird watch: waxwings, hummingbirds, warblers, towhees... Diana and David are also such nice people and will make you feel so welcome weather you are just stopping by, but specially if you would enjoy to have a chat. These lovely people have made my trip extra special!

The breakfast was delicious—homemade waffles topped by fresh fruit. The room overlooked the river, although unfortunately it was too chilly to spend much time outside. It was fun to hear the history of the home from Dave.

We didn’t try to take a shower because it sounded as if the hot water was a bit temperamental. It was also a bit difficult to access, at least the way our GPS sent us. No problem once you knew to come through the fire station lot.
