Out dated an dirty.

What I really liked was that we were just about alone the entire 4 nights. It was relatively clean. There's a carpet that is not particularly hygienic (why Americans insist on using carpets, I don't know). Good space, fair price, the shower worked and we got new towels and the bed was made, both after a 2-night stay. We stayed because it was just 35 minutes away from Cross Plains and Howard Days.

We had a fridge that made a hell of a noise. And the air conditioner is a joke, making you have to take sleeping pills to be able to sleep. If we're not hearing impaired after this stay, I don't know... You get sort of used to it, but it's really, really bad. The shower is placed a bit low, and it's also fastened to the wall, so not very practical to wash certain areas. It was also placed in a bathtub that had seen better days. We also had a slightly leaking faucet. It worked, but not much water pressure.

The bed needed to be upgraded

It was a one story motel, so we liked the fact that our car was at the door of our room. It was quiet. There were a lot of television stations.

There could have been more pillows or larger. Ours were flat. No outlets by the bed, only by the bathroom sink.
