Room request was great very spacious rooms everything you needed.

The food offer was very poor, popular meal ie Pizza wasn’t available the quality of fish and chips was very disappointing 😔 the colleagues at the hotel however were excellent ☺️

Staff lovely food good

Location wasnt great but it was only a stop over very noisy road definitely need a car nothing in walking distance

"Good budget hotel near Star City."

Good location Safe Car Park Decent breakfast on site

Strange smell in the corridors and lifts. Room key was able to open other doors (found this out by mistake) Reception staff programmed the key to fix it but programmed the wrong room number so we had to make multiple trips from the 3rd floor to reception.
