Location was great walking distance from train station, Room was comfortable, bed was clean and washroom was super clean.

Staff at the breakfast was not helpful to identify any vegetarian option, they should have labelled the food. Corridor noises were clearly audible and disrupted my sleep. Room Carpet was little bit old.

Breakfast area in this day and age was not focused around individuals with religious beliefs ie being a Muslim all the utensils was the same colour and an this ment that I couldn't enjoy the breakfast as these could be shared using meat products. No halal products and tables wasn't cleaned.

the room was cancelled due to overbooking upon my clients arrival late at night with no prior notification, absolutely disgraceful on your part (I subsequently learnt that you do this often causing chaos at the hotel). We had to find another hotel at 21:00 to find a bed for the night. I could not contact booking.com by email or phone so there was no way of communicating with you. You then had the audacity to offer me a refund value via the email you sent me but surprise, surpise, the link did not work.
