Hampton Inn & Suites Abilene I-20

Overnight stay, arrived late. Plenty of parking in the well-lit and tidy lot. Felt safe unloading the car. Check in and out was smooth and efficient. Hotel and room starting to show some wear, but in overall good shape and clean. Room was good-sized with enough storage for luggage and still move about the room. Comfortable bed and quiet room (even with in room heater running during a cold weather night) made for a good night's sleep. Morning shower had good water temperature with pressure that was adequate but could be higher. Sink also had stains that hadn't been cleaned (looked like coffee). Breakfast was typical hot items, the waffle maker was a nice addition. Overall very good stay, would return.

Here’s the deal…people say you pay for what you get but we didn’t want to go broke for just a night stay. Our check-in staff Alyssa was soooo sweet and made check-in easy. The price ended up being very reasonable. My only complaint and this is a matter of preference and that is our bad was a little too hard for our taste. Everything else was great! Shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast, DELICIOUS! They had flavored waters besides juice and it was refreshing! Thank you for a great stay!

I always like being close to the highway that I am traveling. This worked great.

They were doing wallpaper in the halls on the 100 right wing and had to close the gym.

Quick and friendly check in, very pleasant lady.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good parking when towing a trailer. Several RV spots taken up by cars parked in them. Signage may help that issue. Very comfortable and good service.

Eric was absolutely amazing! He changed the whole mood of the day to end positively not just for myself. Very kind and helpful. If in the area I will choose this Hotel again simply to see Eric again. The lady serving breakfast (didn't get her name) was very helpful as well and so sweet. What a pleasant change this was to have such nice people when arriving after midnight.

The blow dryer didn't work right. Other then that everything was great! I loved my room.

The breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Facilities were somewhat clean.

Noisy! I could hear everything outside our room. The people above us were extremely loud and we could hear every conversation going on outside our room. The coffee was not good either.

Convenient close to interstate
