La atención de recepción.

La llave de lavabo con falla que provoca fuga agua. El wc con fuga de agua. No funcionaba correctame la caferera. Había 3 pelos en las almohadas antes de ocuparlas.

"Nos cobraron de más."

Me gustó la ubicación, el buffet fue variado y apetecible. El personal es muy amable.

Empezando porque nos cobraron $500 pesos más de lo que aparecía en la plataforma de booking. Algo importante es que si pedías algo que según ellos tenían dentro de lo que podías pedir como "amenities" nos decían que iba a checar si tenían. Lo cual me parece desagradable pues haces que el cliente se quede con la idea de que no hay nada. Una de las camas de la habitación se movía cada vez que se acomodaban para dormir, era incómodo. Y por último, la tetera del cuarto estaba totalmente sucia, muy desagradable de ver. Por lo que no pudimos utilizarla.
