WQ Wellington Quarter Hotel

Really accommodating and kind staff! Helped us out of a timing pickle. Bed was very comfortable. Windows in room open for fresh air, a great bonus. Didn't have the breakfast this time, but have before and was delicious.

The hotel is lovely - all the staff we had interactions with were friendly and helpful; the breakfast was a feast; the beds comfy and the rooms clean. Bathroom was a little dated - but the water was hot and pressure good, so not much to worry about. Loved this place - will be my new fave place to stay in Welly ... in fact, have already booked the next stay :)

The female receptionist does not smile or greet us when she comes out of the staff room (she is middle of eating- chewing something in her mouth). Reception counter is empty when we arrive and we waited

Great access to shops and parliament

Small rooms, staff a bit unfriendly at times.
