The hotel was in a good location to the airport and clean. Beds (two twins) were comfortable and a good size (not skinny and small like typical American twins). Breakfast was small but fresh; some fruit, toast, cereal and warm dishes like eggs, tortilla chips and salsa, etc.

Some miscommunication regarding the shuttle service caused an upset. I called the day before to confirm the shuttle service and was told that I just had to call when I reached the airport. I called and was told I would need to wait for an hour, which was frustrating. Staff didn't speak English so I needed to find someone working at the airport to translate (my Spanish is ok but not fluent). It would have been better if the shuttle pickup and drop off times were clearly stated on their website.

Irregularidad con el horario de salida del transporte al aeropuerto, pero al final nunca llegué tarde, así que todo bien

La ubicación es muy buena, si quieres llegar rápido al aeropuerto es muy buena opción, no hay mucho al rededor así que no esperes salir a turistear cerca es un hotel totalmente hecho para el aeropuerto y cumple perfecto para eso, sus habitaciones son pequeñas pero funcionales y cómodas. ofrecen desayuno muy temprano desde las 6 am y tienen transporte que te lleva al aeropuerto cada 30 min, es muy buen hotel para estancias cortas.

si ya no cabes en el transporte gratis debes esperar 30 min para la siguiente salida y pues eso si es inconveniente cuando vas al aeropuerto.
